Store Policies

We describe all of our items to the best of our ability. All of our items are sold without refunds. We order these items for you and pay for them to be shipped either to you or to us. This fee cannot be negotiated because it is the shipping company that is charging us and we pay it up front. Of course if something is damaged we will replace it at no cost.
